2. Legal basis

The processing of personal data is governed by:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR);
  • Slovak Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data, as amended;
  • other applicable regulations in the country where the project is carried out.

3. Personal data we process

When you fill in the contact form, we process the following data:

  • Identification data: name or company name
  • Contact data: email address, phone number (if provided)
  • Communication content: project type, description of the enquiry, location, timeline
  • Technical data: IP address, date and time of form submission

4. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Preparing a quote and establishing contact - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax) - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Legitimate interest of the controller (protection against misuse and spam) - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Retention period

Data from the contact form is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless you become our client (in which case longer statutory retention periods for business and tax records apply, generally 10 years).

6. Recipients and processors

In processing personal data we work with the following processors and service providers (Art. 28 GDPR):

  • Resend, Inc. (USA) - delivery of emails from the contact form. Adequate safeguards via EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) - web hosting, network protection, CDN. Adequate safeguards via SCC.
  • Google LLC (USA) - analytics tools Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for measuring website traffic and behaviour. Adequate safeguards via SCC. Processed only with your consent via the cookie banner.
  • Microsoft Corporation (USA / EU) - tool Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recording. Adequate safeguards via SCC. Processed only with your consent via the cookie banner.
  • accounting firm and tax advisor (under a data processing agreement);
  • public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

Consent to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity) can be withdrawn at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16);
  • erasure of data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17);
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18);
  • data portability (Art. 20);
  • object to processing (Art. 21);
  • lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Urad na ochranu osobnych udajov SR, Hranicna 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk).
