Frequently asked questions

What partners ask us most?

Answers to typical questions before the first inquiry. If your question is not here, write to us directly - we reply promptly.

01

Which standards do you work to for electrical installations in Germany?

In Germany we work strictly to DIN VDE 0100 (erection of low-voltage installations) and DIN VDE 0105-100 (operation of electrical installations) - the two foundational German standards for low-voltage electrical installations. We respect the execution plans of the general designer, coordinate with the site manager, and deliver handover documentation - inspection reports, cable certificates, switchboard schematics - in the language of the build. In Slovakia we work to STN 33 2000, harmonized with European HD 60364 (same technical basis as DIN VDE).

02

What liability insurance do you carry for damage events?

We hold operational liability insurance up to EUR 5,000,000 per damage event, valid across the EU/EFTA. We are happy to share the policy for review before contract signing. We recommend requiring this amount from any electrical subcontractor - on larger builds, lower coverage will not realistically pay out the potential damage.

03

What authorizations and qualifications does your team hold?

Our core team holds Slovak authorizations for designated technical electrical installations (VTZ-E) for installation, refurbishment, maintenance and repair. For projects in Germany we work as a subcontractor and our site managers meet the requirements for Elektrofachkraft per DGUV Regulation 3. Certificates, insurance policy and credentials are provided on request before contract signing.

04

Do you also do small service jobs (one socket, one light fixture)?

No. We specialize in complex construction projects as a subcontractor for general contractors, developers and industrial clients. Small service jobs are better suited to local electricians. For a multi-unit residential building, a production or logistics hall, or a commercial property - where execution plans, construction schedule and trade coordination matter - we are the right partner.

05

How quickly can you join a project?

After receiving the project brief or execution plans, we reply promptly with an initial assessment of capacity and start window. A detailed quote follows after analysis of the documentation - the time depends on project scope. Actual site start is coordinated with your schedule. We do not accept jobs whose deadlines we cannot meet - we would rather decline upfront than cause a delay during execution.

06

What happens if the electrical installation is done by an unreliable subcontractor?

Poor electrical installation has real consequences: safety risks (fire, electric shock), failed inspections before handover, retrofits into completed phases, schedule delays, financial losses, and reputation-damaging claims that land on the general contractor. That is why experienced site managers scrutinize subcontractors before signing - standards, insurance, references, and communication quality.

07

What does the general contractor get from you beyond the installation itself?

A permanent core team plus long-term partner electricians, one responsible site manager per project, coordination with other trades without daily micromanagement from your side, transparent communication of scope changes upfront (not retroactively at invoicing), internal quality control before the official handover, and a clean site ready for the next construction phase.

08

What does the workflow look like from first contact to handover?

Four phases: (1) First contact - you send the project brief or execution plans, we reply promptly with a capacity check. (2) Analysis and planning - we review the documentation, plan team and schedule, prepare a detailed quote, name the risks upfront. (3) Execution - strictly to plan and schedule, no changes without your approval. (4) Handover - internal quality control, clean site, ready for the next phase.
